Bill is a General Contractor and owns Fleming Builders, LLC with his
wife, Kelly.

}Bill and Kelly Fleming moved to Greenville in 1978 from
Parkersburg, West Virginia. Bill served as the District Manager in
Greenville for Northwestern Mutual and retired in 2006 after a
31year career. He is both a CLU and CFP and was also a member of The
Million Dollar Round Table.
Bill and Kelly have two children, Emily and Will who both attended
St. Peters School, Rose High School and The University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill. Will also attended The North Carolina
School of Science and Mathematics in Durham. Emily is currently
attending Law School at North Carolina Central University and Will
is a senior at UNC majoring in Biology.
Bill has been and is very active in the community having served as
president of the Brook Valley Home Owners Association, Greenville
Little League, and Pitt County Life Underwriters Association. Bill
has also served on the Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission and
Brook Valley Country Club Board of Directors. Bill has been a member
of the Greenville Noon Rotary club since 1984 and also served as
District Chairman of the Ambassadorial Scholarship Committee for
many years and also Chairman of the District Foundation. In 2001
Bill received the District “Rotarian of the Year.”
Bill is currently a member of the Greenville-Pitt Association of
Realtors and Greenville Pitt County Home Builders Association.
Kelly taught school at Rose High School from 1979 till 1983 and then
took a 17 year leave to raise their children. In 1999 Kelly returned
to teaching at Farmville Central High School where she teaches Early
Childhood Education.
Bill and Kelly have built homes in the Irish Creek and Ironwood
subdivisions as well as town homes in South Pointe. Kelly has a
talent for fashion and interior design and enjoys helping buyers
with the design and details of their home.
Bill has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market from
his experience as a contractor, realtor, homeowner, father, and
local civic leader. He would be happy to help you with any real
